We are currently hiring for an AutoCAD drafter for a Furniture Design Team, preparing accurate, detail prompt drawings ensuring project specs and details are provided as needed for a successful project fulfillment. 

Job Title: AutoCAD drafter 

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr. 

Schedule: Mon-Fri (7am-4pm) 

Job Responsibilities: 

· Proficient in AutoCAD and the ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and building product layouts at expert level. 

· Suggest improvements in CAD utilization streamline of process 

· Provide detailed design layouts of new and existing office space and furniture. 

· Learn and apply new methods of space design for specific customer needs. 

· Ensure technical accuracy of drawings, layouts, details, product lists, space allocation, as well as, power and data distribution locations. 

· Conduct field counts of existing furnishings, and reconfigure into the new plan. 

· Specify systems and free standing furniture. 

· Field measure and hand sketch of interior spaces, as needed.

Ability to translate communication from Team members and transform into drawings
